Approved Bankruptcy Certification Services* is the new name for our organization and it reflects that the ONLY service we now provide is counseling related to Bankruptcy and Alternatives under the Bankruptcy Certification process. We do NOT offer Debt Management Plans. We do not give or receive referral fees with attorneys, debt management organizations or other bankruptcy alternative providers. Counselors are certified by the National Institute for Financial Education.

Our organization's legal name remains Community Credit Counselors, Inc. and we are a 501 (c) (3) exempt agency in Colorado. We were formed on October 23, 1997 and our Colorado ID Number is 19971170174. Our offices are now located in Virginia and our organization's Virginia ID number is F164697-7.

We look forward to providing effective and efficient services related to the certification process. We provide a free listing of attorneys on our main web site and will be offering a variety of options of providers for post bankruptcy consumer education.
