Free referral listing of unassigned clients to you - ABC plans to advertise its services to consumers seeking bankruptcy assistance. Visitors to our main website and not "logged in" will have the ability to view a list of bankruptcy attorneys practicing in their region. We will list your name, phone, address, and website (if applicable). You will be given the option of disclosing your fees if desired.

Protected attorney-client relationship
All clients identified with your practice are guaranteed NOT to be referred to any other attorney. When your clients are "logged in", there is no option to even view any listing on our website for available attorneys to contact. (note: you will be assigned a list of logins for your clients' use)

NO conflict of interest
ABC does not provide ANY bankruptcy alternative services nor does it give or receive money for referring any attorney or bankruptcy alternative services company.

Quick Turnaround
The average internet assisted certificate completion time (excluding the budget entry module) is one half an hour for Chapter 7 cases and one hour (excluding the budget entry module) for Chapter 13 cases.

Attorney Status Management Module
Attorneys can "login" and via secure connection identify the status of all referred clients along with reports on certificates nearing expiration.
